Luke is 1!

Last year I was invited to take pictures of a friends new baby boy. It is hard to believe that a year has already past and Luke is turning 1 this week. Today, we took advantage of this beautiful day and shot some pictures of him now that he is a "big boy". He was a good sport, even though I stuck him in the wet grass and held up his nap time! Thank you Brandy and Fletch for allowing me to spend the morning with you guys! Debi Kolak

He's not quite ready to let go...

Living in a house full of boys...

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the "S" family. It was not the typical shoot that usually comes with small children, especially two boys, 4 and 2. They did SO good! They were very well behaved, curious, and funny, yet still cooperative!! The reason behind the shoot was the upcoming arrival of Boy #3!! Kelly and Tommy, you guys have a beautiful family and you have done a wonderful with your boys!! Baby Johnathan is blessed to be joining your family!! Debi Kolak

In Honor of Our Fallen Brother...

Back in the fall, my EMS and Fire Department family lost a member of our own to a tragic accident. I was honored to take pictures for the guys at the department. Thank you so much Renee, for letting me share these...

Facebook...

Ok, folks...so, this week I have created a business page for Debi Kolak Photography on Facebook, as well as creating this blog page. I must admit...I am not very "techno savvy", so please be kind! I hope that I have been able to do enough to get my work out there for you guys...Debi Kolak

Just getting started...

So, I have never blogged before and I am still trying to figure this out...so here goes! This week, I did some pictures of my own daughter. She and I were driving along and decided to take some pictures in a field along the highway. I know, it sounds very random...but that's it goes sometimes. You never know where you'll be when you just need to take advantage of the scenery! ...Debi Kolak
